Small Business Development Corporation of Orange County

It is our mission to assist small businesses throughout the California region to access capital to grow their companies and create jobs through its administration of capital access programs in collaboration with the
California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank.

Emphasis will be placed on reaching out to and assisting minority, woman, disabled, and veteran-owned businesses, as well as businesses in underserved communities and industries of greater need. Services will be delivered in collaboration with a diverse range of public, non-profit and community-based lending institutions.
